- I do everything right and still do not get access. What should I do?
Is your membership still valid (see your user account)? You can check or renew your membership at the circulation desk in person, by telephone +49 391 67-52925 or per mail at ausleihe@ovgu.de. Without a valid membership you cannot access electronic resources from outside the campus.
In case your membership is valid, please delete your brower cache (also passwords) and try again.
If the problems still persist than please contact us per mail at ub.it-anwendungen@ovgu.de or by telephone +49 391 67-57415.
- I use VPN and cannot access electronic resources.
Because of licence regulations the access to electronic resources is not permitted in VPN.
Please use our catalogue systems (OPAC; UBfind, EZB, DBIS) without VPN connection and click on the links for external use. You have then to register by your library number (3100...) and password (HAN server).
In addition to our HAN server, some publishers allow login via Shibboleth with your URZ account. Use "Login with instituition".
