We are particularly committed to promoting Open Access. Our goal is to ensure that your scientific insights are globally accessible. Currently, 2/3 of all publications from OVGU University are already available in Open Access.

Gold Articles:

For Gold Open Access publications, we support you by negotiating contracts with reputable publishers and covering the publication costs. This includes all DEAL agreements (Elsevier, Springer Nature, Wiley), the American Chemical Society (ACS), Emerald, IEEE, and MDPI. For publishers not mentioned, there is an option to apply for funding through our Publication Fund.

Hybrid Articles:

We also promote Hybrid Open Access publications by entering into transformation agreements with various publishers. Free publishing in hybrid journals is possible with a variety of publishers. Please note that funding for hybrid articles from publishers not mentioned below is currently not available through our Publication Fund.

Monographs:

In addition to Gold Articles, Gold Monographs can also be supported through our Publication Fund. We are happy to assist you in publishing your scientific works at the highest level.
